By visiting the Website and performing any action that results in browsing of its pages, you accept the Terms and Conditions of use. A user who does not intend to accept them should simply refrain from browsing the pages of the Website.
Furthermore, anyone who visits the Website implicitly declares that they are an adult and that they will not use the Website and its contents for illegal activities or, in any case, activities that breach current laws.
Gruppo Pozzi S.r.l. may alter the Terms and Conditions at any moment, without prior notice to users and with the obligation of users to view them periodically before accessing the contents of the Website.
If services are offered or contents presented on the pages of the Website under the specific terms and conditions indicated on those pages, said terms and conditions will take precedence over these Terms and Conditions.
CONTENTS OF THE WEBSITE
Gruppo Pozzi S.r.l. intends to offer, through the pages of the Website, general information on its activities in Italy and worldwide and, although said pages are constantly checked and updated by skilled and carefully selected staff members, it is understood that their contents, insofar as concerns the topic discussed, must not be considered as either comprehensive or complete or correct. A user who intends to rely on the information on the Website must therefore check it further and independently to ensure it is correct. In this regard, Gruppo Pozzi S.r.L. informs you that the material contained on the Website is to be considered “on an as is basis”, i.e. it might not be sufficient and/or appropriate to the specific purposes and interests pursued by the person who accesses its pages or it could contain elements that, if reused, result in infringement of the intellectual property rights of third parties.
The Website may contain links to other third-party websites and to those of companies in the Gruppo Pozzi group. In the former case, the sole purpose of these links is to facilitate the user’s browsing experience and there is no relation between the content of the Website and the third-party website reached, which is outside the control of Gruppo Pozzi S.r.l. Furthermore, Gruppo Pozzi S.r.l. informs you that it cannot influence in any way the format of the third-party websites with links to its own, nor be sure of the truthfulness, correctness and adequacy of the materials and/or the information they contain, even if business relations exist between Gruppo Pozzi S.r.l. and the owner of the website with which there is a link. In the latter case, these Terms and Conditions are to be considered as fully effective and binding, with the express warning that, if the website reached contains specific terms and conditions of use, these latter terms and conditions take precedence over the former

All the contents of the Website are protected by current laws on copyright and industrial and/or intellectual property. The term contents of the Website includes, but is not limited to:
- the text

- any graphic representation and/or text in general.
It is therefore not permitted to copy and/or reproduce, either in full or in part, the content of the Website, without the express authorisation of Gruppo Pozzi S.r.l.
Please also note that all trademarks, domain names, company names, firm names and signs present on the Website are the property of companies in the Gruppo Pozzi group and are therefore protected by current laws on distinctive marks. Furthermore, you are informed that the pages of the Website might contain trademarks, domain names, company names, firm names and signs owned by third parties, with whom Gruppo Pozzi S.r.l. has collaboration relationships of various kinds, and which are protected by current regulations in the same manner as the distinctive marks of the Gruppo Pozzi group.
In conclusion, Gruppo Pozzi S.r.L. informs you that it is absolutely forbidden to use all the distinctive marks owned by Gruppo Pozzi S.r.l. and/or the Gruppo Pozzi group as meta tags, i.e. as html language commands that, although they do not result in the display or formatting of a certain command, nonetheless provide instructions to electronic agents or search engines to increase the searchability of a website other than those linked to the Gruppo Pozzi group.
FEATURES OF THE SERVICE
Although Gruppo Pozzi S.r.l. adopts all the most technologically innovative and state-of-the-art solutions to ensure that the Website is constantly accessible and free of defects of any kind, it informs you that the Website might not be reachable and/or compatible with the computer systems used to access it, nor free from errors, viruses and/or other electronic malfunctions.
As a consequence, anyone who visits the Website acknowledges and expressly accepts that its use must be intended as “on an as available basis”.
METHODS OF USE OF THE WEBSITE
In addition to what is envisaged in paragraph 3 above, Gruppo Pozzi S.r.l. informs you that the contents of the Website may not be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, transcribed, transmitted or distributed, in full or in part, in any way or form, without first having obtained the prior written authorisation of Gruppo Pozzi S.r.l., although it is permitted to print, download and display part of the contents of the Website for strictly personal and non-commercial purposes, provided that the material in question is not altered in any way and all information on intellectual and/or industrial property rights it contains is maintained.

Gruppo Pozzi S.r.l. informs you that, in order to create a link with its home page, currently reachable at https://www.gruppo-pozzi.com (hereinafter, the “Home Page”), it is necessary to send a request via e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org, indicating:
- the personal data of the person responsible for the technical aspects of management of the link (including the e-mail address and telephone number);

- the address of the website where the link with the Home Page will be created
- any other information considered useful to obtaining the authorisation of Gruppo Pozzi S.r.l.
Where authorised by Gruppo Pozzi S.r.l., creation of a link to the Website grants a non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use the name “Gruppo Pozzi” for the sole and exclusive purpose of creating a link from the website owned by the third party to Gruppo Pozzi.it, and any other use is expressly excluded. In all cases, Gruppo Pozzi S.r.L. recognises exclusively the possibility of creating a link with its Home Page and not with the other pages on the Website.
Without the prior written authorisation of Gruppo Pozzi S.r.l., it is not permitted in any way to create links to the Home Page of the Website nor pages in and/or accessory to the Website, by creating a so-called “deep link”, nor to link to or present contents of the Website on another website, thus carrying out the so-called “framing”.
In this regard, you are informed that breaching the requirements of the previous paragraph is also an offence (unfair competition) and is subject to current laws on this.
MATERIAL SENT TO GRUPPO POZZI S.R.L.
Without prejudice to the requirements of article 11 below, if you send any material to Gruppo Pozzi S.r.l., via e-mail or via the Website, you implicitly authorise it to be freely reproduced, used, revealed, displayed, converted, used to make copies and distributed to third parties without limitations of any kind. Similarly, without prejudice to respect of moral copyright, any and all text, ideas, concepts, know-how and/or technical knowledge contained in the material in question may be freely used and financially exploited by Gruppo Pozzi S.r.l., for any purpose included therein, including, but not limited to, the development, production and marketing of products that use said material or are associated or connected with it. By sending material to Gruppo Pozzi S.r.l., the user represents and warrants that he/she is the exclusive owner, or has obtained the right to use it freely, with the consequent total exclusion of the risk that its use could result in infringement of third-party rights of any kind. Considering the “open” nature of the Internet, Gruppo Pozzi S.r.l. expressly recommends not transmitting via electronic channels of communication material that the user does not intend to make freely available for use by third parties.
The Terms and Conditions are governed by Italian law and said law must therefore be applied in its interpretation.
